Is anyone else having problems getting the latest MS Updates from 2/14/2012 (Valentine's Day) through Automatic Updates?

Hello!

I use Automatic Updates to notify me of new Automatic Updates in a rarely used Windows XP Pro. SP3 (IE6) machine to get the latest updates manually (download when ready). I still haven't gotten the latest updates from 2/14/2012 though. I tried rebooting and shutting down too, but they did not help.

According to its WindowsUpdates.log, it is being denied due to the regulations. Usually, this issue goes away after a few days, but this is taking a lot longer than usual and shouldn't be heavily queued due to the American's long Presidents' Day weekend?

And no, I don't want to use Windows Update because of its annoying required WGA installation. :(
